Offerings
Beginner Yoga
The perfect way to learn yoga
You do not need to be flexible and you do not need to have any prior experience to take this class. The pace will be slow and everything will be clearly explained. All you need is a willingness to try. We will support you along the way.
Multi- level Yoga
Stretching and Strengthening through connected yoga poses
In this class you will practice yoga in a moderately heated room. We will prepare the body through a series of stretching and strengthening movements eventually moving into a vinyasa flow which is a series of connected yoga poses. Classes will also include coordination of breath and movement as well as meditation and tones of spirituality.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Start your week with softness and care
Candlelight creates the mood for this class where you have the opportunity to pamper yourself through the use of restorative yoga supported by props.

Soundbath + Reiki
Healing through sound vibration and reiki transmission
The ultimate healing experience through lying down with the suport of blankets and pillows while you are bathed in vibrational sound as well as reiki energy healing
Slow Flow
Slow & Steady Movement
This class will focus on include a slower flow of movement designed to allow the body to open and find stability naturally.
Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates
Strength Fusion
Get strong in this 45 minute class that combines strength training, yoga and pilates. Teachers use various techniques to keep classes interesting and fun!
Kids Yoga
Learn Yoga and have fun!
This class is open for ages 4-12. Students will engage in fun movement activities in this active class. Children will learn fundamental yoga practices in a setting that encourages socialization and movement.

FAQ
Can I come to a yoga class if I am not flexible?
Yes! The objective behind coming to a yoga class should be to de-stress through movement of your body and breath. The belief that you need to be flexible would assume you as the student will be asked to place your body into complicated yoga poses. This is not how we teach our classes. Instead we will guide you to a place where you can meet your body where it is and gently begin the process of gaining mobility and strength. Emphasis on breath always at the forefront which leads the way to reducing stress.
What is the best class for an absolute beginner?
Beginners would feel most comfortable attending:

Do you offer private/customized small group classes?
One to one personalized instruction is available to fit your needs and schedule. If you don't find a time that aligns with your preferences, consider creating a custom class with friends or family, and we'll gladly accommodating your schedule.
